Gio’s Baguettes and More was a dream born on a Paris street on a spring evening in 1997. While eating a baguette sandwich and sipping on a latte at a French Bakery Cafe, the founder realized he can move this quaint piece of Paris to Montrose. He started importing French baguette dough and distributing to bakeries and markets. The success of the baguette sales and the need fora bakery cafe where people can have tasty sandwiches with quality bread and ingredients culminated into the creation of

The all-natural dough for Gio’s baguettes and pastries are imported from France. No preservatives, additives or artificial flavors. Our bread and pastries are baked daily, and we use only garden fresh vegetables for our salads and sandwiches.
